The LOCA-PASS® advance
A deposit will be due on your accommodation at the time of signing the lease. The LOCA-PASS® advance gives you the option of paying this in several instalments, at no additional cost.
Details:
a loan that is totally free of charge
- effective annual rate: 0 %
- no administrative fees
6 to 36 monthly payments to reimburse this interest-free loan,
reimbursement begins 3 months after the advance has been paid
minimum monthly payments of 15€ per month
the sum advanced must be repaid in full if the tenant leaves the accommodation before a period of 3 years has gone by.
The LOCA-PASS® advance will be paid directly to ICADE.
The LOCA-PASS® guarantee
With the LOCA-PASS® guarantee, it is the ‘Groupement Interprofessionnel pour la Construction’ (GIC) which acts as joint surety for the payment of your rent and charges.
To benefit from the LOCA-PASS® advance or the LOCA-PASS® guarantee, you must:
be employed or retired for a period of at least 5 years by a non-agricultural private or public sector company subject to the ‘1% logement' contribution
be aged under 30 and be either a jobseeker or undergoing company training
