- no administrative fees
reimbursement begins 3 months after the advance has been paid
minimum monthly payments of reimbursement of 15€ per month
the sum advanced must be repaid in full if the tenant leaves the accommodation before a period of 3 years has gone by.
This aid is accessible to all new tenants, and is not means-tested
